12+ years of experience in Product Owner, Digital Product Management, Digital Transformation, Insurance or Financial Services.
Strong experience delivering digital products and platforms, working in agile environments with technology teams, managing distribution or international teams, leading complex digital initiatives end?to?end.
Experience in platform?based or modular architecture (Preferred).
Experience in insurance ecosystems or marketplaces (Preferred).
Experience in global / multi?country environments (Preferred).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field (Required).
MBA or postgraduate studies (Preferred).
Languages
Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).
