improving reliability, availability, scalability and cost efficiency.Take end-to-end ownership of epics and initiatives within the platform - from understanding requirements through solution design, implementation and , code, test, document and refactor complex software, choosing the right approach and applying engineering standards and tools.Propose, own and implement technical improvements (e.G. monitoring, system stability, reliability, operability) balancing impact and cost.Build and operate the platform reliably: define and track SLAs/SLOs, reduce incidents and toil, and automate operational work.Lead code reviews for peers and contribute to the platform's technical roadmap, aligned with the domain strategy and in close collaboration with the platform owner.Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of complex, multi-faceted work with the relevant stakeholders across teams.Act as an active mentor for equal- or lower-grade colleagues, onboard new team members, and contribute to
