* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit der Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence), idealerweise in der Administration
 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Scripting und Automatisierung zur Optimierung von Prozessen und Tool-Abläufen
 * Erfahrung und methodische Kompetenzen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung wünschenswert (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints)
 * Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit Blick auf das große Ganze
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Selbstorganisation und Lösungsorientierung
 * Kommunikationsstärke und gute Schulungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Administration, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung der Atlassian Toolchain im Kontext der Hard- und Softwareentwicklung in der R&D
 * Planung, Koordination und Rollout von Änderungen, Upgrades und Erweiterungen der Tool-Umgebungen
 * Mitwirkung in Technologieprojekten und eigenständige Projektkoordination innerhalb der R&D
 * Erstellung von Anwendungskonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Nahtstellen
