## Description

* Bereitstellung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * 2nd Level Support bei technischen Problemen und Unterstützung der Endanwender*innen
 * Betreuung der Software-Verteilung (Installation, Updates, Paketverwaltung)
 * Administration und Support von Microsoft 365, insbesondere Exchange und Teams
 * Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte via Mobile Device Management (MDM)
 * Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Cybersecurity-Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den ITSicherheitsverantwortlichen
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Anwenderhandbücher
 * Monitoring der Systeme zur frühzeitigen Problemerkennung
 * Unterstützung des 1st Level Supports bei Bedarf
