## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer specializing in Windows environments.
 * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DFS, and SCCM.
 * Expertise in storage, networking, and cybersecurity protocols.
 * Proven experience in auditing and hardening Windows-based systems.
 * Strong proficiency in virtualization with VMware and knowledge of backup and restore technologies.
 * Hands-on experience with (Power)Shell scripting, Git, and GitLab.
 * Competency in monitoring and log analysis using the ELK Stack.
 * Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and ITILv4 Foundation.
 * You possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
 * You are fluent in Dutch or French with basic knowledge of the other language and English.

Nice to Haves

 * Microsoft Windows certifications.
 * Experience with container technologies like Docker or Podman.
 * Willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

## Description

* Design and implement innovative solutions for the technical infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
 * Maintain operational system management to ensure service continuity and optimal performance.
 * Coordinate activities to ensure the successful execution and evolution of infrastructure projects.
 * Define and implement documentation and procedures for infrastructure management and maintenance.
 * Lead projects, advise on best practices, and mentor junior engineers within the team.
 * Diagnose complex system problems and implement high-availability solutions.
