* 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting within a complex environment.
 * 5+ years of experience in dataset development and the creation of reporting solutions.
 * 5+ years of experience in process improvement, reporting automation, and portfolio optimization.
 * You possess advanced skills in Python, SQL, and SAS for database querying and optimization.
 * You have professional experience with Databricks and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
 * You bring proficiency in MS Office 365 for business reporting tasks.
 * You have an analytical mindset and the ability to drive and support change initiatives.
 * You are proactive, solution-oriented, and possess strong communication and collaborative skills.
 * You are fluent in English with a fluent level of Dutch or French and a good level of the other.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
 * Experience with Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
 * Knowledge of data modeling techniques.
 * Experience with end-to-end requirements management including elicitation and validation.

## Description

* Analyze complex databases to gain relevant insights using advanced manipulation and visualization tools.
 * Develop consistent and accurate datasets for new and existing periodic reports.
 * Improve and automate data analysis and reporting processes by initiating change management.
 * Identify and implement optimization opportunities to rationalize the existing reporting portfolio.
 * Support stakeholders with self-service reporting tools to foster a culture of data autonomy.
 * Document and analyze reporting requirements to propose and implement suitable data solutions.
