## About the Role

* You have 8+ years of experience in Employee Benefits and 2nd pillar/group insurance.
 * You possess 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, or Customer Journey Redesign.
 * You bring proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally within a SAFe framework.
 * You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
 * You have experience managing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders in a complex business environment.
 * You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
 * You're autonomous, hands-on, and result-driven.
 * You're an enthusiastic team player who can lead others through change.
 * You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

Nice to Haves

 * Knowledge of current market trends in the insurance sector.
 * Experience with portfolio management initiatives.

## Description

* Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for key Employee Benefits processes.
 * Translate business requirements and customer feedback into clear features, epics, and user stories.
 * Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and customer impact.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, Agile teams, and architects to deliver innovative digital solutions.
 * Support Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives within a SAFe framework.
 * Monitor market trends and customer expectations to identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.
