## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in project management across multiple domains.
 * 5+ years of specialized experience managing Cybersecurity projects.
 * Experience leading and coordinating projects involving at least 5 different teams.
 * Proven knowledge of project management standards such as PMBOK, Prince2, or RUP.
 * Practical experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
 * Experience with Compliance reporting and ticketing systems like JIRA.
 * High-level understanding of secure configurations for Networking, Servers, Windows, Linux, and Android.
 * Knowledge of IT security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, or DORA.
 * Strong communication skills and a result-oriented, proactive mindset.
 * You are fluent in Dutch or French with a solid knowledge of the other language and English.

Nice to Haves

 * Basic knowledge of security concepts such as Zero Trust, SIEM, SOAR, PKI, DevSecOps, IAM, and PAM.
 * Experience with security monitoring and response tools.
 * Willingness to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

## Description

* Maintain contact with various team leaders to align planning and report progress to management.
 * Manage the full project lifecycle including budget monitoring, quality control, and comprehensive reporting.
 * Conduct risk analysis on project plans and proactively propose mitigation strategies or alternatives.
 * Communicate technical changes and project updates clearly to diverse stakeholders.
 * Coach team members in project follow-up and ensure high-quality documentation.
 * Facilitate the integration of traditional project management standards with Agile methodologies across different teams.
