* Hbo- of wo-diploma in Informatica, Business Information Management of een vergelijkbare richting
 * Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met ERP-applicaties, implementaties en applicatiebeheer

## Description

Als Applicatie Specialist maak jij deel uit van het globale Infor Center of Excellence (CoE). Jij combineert diepgaande technische expertise met inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen om te borgen dat de ERP-omgeving maximale waarde levert voor de divisies Civil en Defense. De initiële focus ligt op Nederland (GKN Fokker), maar jij werkt intensief samen met internationale IT-teams en ondersteunt locaties wereldwijd.

In jouw rol als Applicatie Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

 * Het begeleiden van ERP LN-implementaties en de migratie vanaf Baan ERP.
 * Het testen en verifiëren van systeemfunctionaliteiten binnen Infor OS en Local Runtime Environment (LTR).
 * Het uitvoeren en beheren van patches, updates, certificaten en overig serverbeheer.
 * Het stroomlijnen van het change request-proces en het incidentmanagement.
 * Het adviseren en trainen van de business om het gebruik van standaard best practices te stimuleren.
