## Description

Voor TCS zoeken we een ervaren Senior Engineer met M365- en Intune-expertise (L3) om de modern workplace-omgeving te managen, plannen en aan te sturen in Utrecht. Je richt je op Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune en Azure-gebaseerde oplossingen, inclusief het beheer van het ITSM-toollandschap.

Beheer en communicatie

Je beheert en administreert Exchange Online grondig: van mailboxen, gedeelde mailboxen en distributielijsten tot mailflow, connectors, spamfiltering en e-mailbeveiliging. Ook het afhandelen van retentiebeleid, litigation hold en compliance valt hieronder. Daarnaast beheer je Microsoft Teams-beleid, vergaderinstellingen, app-permissies en Teams Voice/Auto Attendants, en los je problemen op rondom login, meetings en audio/video.

Endpointbeheer en Intune

Op het gebied van OneDrive en SharePoint Online verzorg je provisioning, sync-troubleshooting, sharing-permissies, migraties en governance. Het zwaartepunt van de rol ligt bij Microsoft Intune: je beheert apparaten, configureert compliance- en configuratieprofielen, MDM/MAM, BYOD- en corporate-device strategieën, en enrollment via Autopilot, ADE en Android Enterprise. Je beheert Windows-, macOS-, Android- en iOS-endpoints, security baselines, Conditional Access samen met Entra ID, en app-deployment via Intune.

Security en automatisering

Op security- en compliancevlak implementeer je endpointbeveiliging zoals BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, firewall- en antivirusbeleid, en ondersteun je Zero Trust-initiatieven. Je automatiseert met PowerShell, genereert compliance- en inventarisatierapportages en onderhoudt alle technische documentatie.
