## Description

Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe de développement, nous recherchons un Développeur Back-End Java / Spring expérimenté, capable de combiner expertise technique et rôle de coordination au sein de l'équipe. Missions - Concevoir et développer des fonctionnalités Back-End en Java / Spring - Participer aux choix et orientations techniques - Accompagner les développeurs plus juniors de l'équipe - Assurer un rôle de référent et de facilitateur au sein de l'équipe - Porter une dimension Scrum Master / animation d'équipe - Participer à l'organisation et au suivi des activités - Faciliter les échanges entre les différentes parties prenantes - Veiller à la qualité et à la maintenabilité des développements Compétences recherchées - Très bonne maîtrise de Java - Spring / Spring Boot - Une double compétence Java / Data est particulièrement appréciée - La connaissance de l'écosystème Teradata constitue un plus - Maîtrise des
pratiques Agile / Scrum
