## About the Role

* 5+ years' experience in an IT Manager, IT Operations Manager or similar leadership position.
 * Strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365, servers, networking, cloud technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.
 * Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
 * Proven knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices and data protection legislation, including GDPR.
 * Experience delivering IT projects from planning through to successful implementation.
 * Strong vendor, supplier and contract management experience.
 * Experience managing IT support or helpdesk environments and driving service excellence.
 * Ability to create and maintain IT policies, governance frameworks and disaster recovery plans.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong problem-solving ability, sound judgement and a proactive, hands-on approach.

## Description

* Managing and supporting all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, software, cloud services and security systems.
 * Developing and delivering the organisation's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
 * Leading technology projects including cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, software implementations and compliance programmes.
 * Overseeing IT suppliers, service providers and technology contracts whilst managing budgets and ensuring value for money.
 * Providing high-quality IT support, user training and technical guidance to professionals and support staff across the organisation.
