Skills: * Excellent written and verbal English language skills * Confident, clear communicator - comfortable running customer calls, status updates, and internal presentations * Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and switch between tasks under pressure * Decision-making and strategic thinking skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team, including distributed, cross-time-zone teams and customers * A proactive, problem-solving mindset Attitudes: * Trustworthy & responsible, flexible, stress-tolerant * Helpful attitude, capable of asking and accepting help when needed * Quick learner, naturally curious, and always testing new ideas * Continuous-improvement mindset: comfortable challenging your own assumptions to find a better way of doing things * Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and committed Knowledge: * Understanding of project and task management * Knowledge of the above tech stack * Curiosity about how order/inventory management and e-commerce operations work end-to-end - you don't need to be an expert on day one, you'll build this knowledge on the job * Track record of strong performance in a previous role * At least 6-12 months in a customer-facing role (e.g. ecommerce operations, customer support, onboarding/implementation, account management, or product/development) * Preferred: experience with Linnworks or a similar order/inventory management platform (OMS, PIM, ERP, marketplace, or fulfilment), or a background in e-commerce, SaaS, or a cloud application environment ## Description Implementation Specialists are the difference between a customer's first weeks with Linnworks and a lifetime of loyalty.
