* Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von komplexen IT-Umgebungen, Kommunikationslösungen
 * Administration und Betreuung von IT-Landschaften und sicherstellen der Betriebsbereitschaft
 * Installieren, integrieren und erweitern von Systemlösungen im Bereich Hard- und Software und umsetzen von Sicherheitsvorschriften inkl. Zugriffsberechtigungen
 * Analysieren und Beseitigung von Störungen und Anwenderproblemen bei Hardware-, System- und Programmfehlern
 * Kommunikation mit Kunden
 * Erstellen von Dokumentationen und Planung von Projekten
 * 1st und 2nd Level Support
