* Proven background as a Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in Flutter and Dart.

As a key contractor on our team, you will build performant, highly scalable features for both iOS and Android, taking full ownership of the mobile lifecycle from UI/UX translation to app store release., * Application Development: Architect and build sophisticated, highly scalable applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring seamless performance across various iOS and Android screen resolutions and constraints.

 * Architecture & Clean Code: Write maintainable, well-structured, and efficient code while establishing comprehensive automated unit, widget, and end-to-end test suites.
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with backend engineers and product managers to define technical requirements, design features, and deliver stable releases.
 * UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex UI/UX designs into smooth and responsive mobile interfaces.
 * Optimization & Maintenance: Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimize app execution for high performance and low latency.
 * Full Delivery: Oversee the entire development lifecycle
