## About the Role

* Experience in ownership of source-to-target mapping.
 * Strong understanding of data models across Banking, Credit, Insurance, and corporate business lines.
 * Ability to create data models and mapping documentation.
 * Experience leading meetings with stakeholders for formal agreement.
 * Proficient in Jira and Confluence usage.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to migration defects.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with the Avaloq platform.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SQL.
 * Understanding of object modelling and design documentation.
 * Background in testing and environment management.

## Description

The Data Mapping Lead will:

 * Own source-to-target mapping and system compatibility analysis, going beyond field-level mapping to a full understanding of source/target data models, rules, and constraints.
 * Create Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models and associated mapping documentation.
 * Define the ETL build sprint plan.
 * Lead mapping meetings with business stakeholders to drive agreement and formal sign-off.
 * Work closely with the Test Manager and other Migration sub-workstreams to identify root cause on migration defects.
 * Use Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
