## Description

Are you an experienced hands-on IT professional with a passion for cloud, security, and solving complex problems? We're looking for a proactive Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in keeping critical systems secure, stable, and performing at their best.
What You'll Be Doing…

 * Deliver day-to-day support across Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
 * Own and resolve 2nd/3rd line incidents
 * Support modern workplace tools including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Entra
 * Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and keep services running smoothly
 * Contribute to security, compliance, and data protection across the organisation
 * Carry out Azure IaaS administration, e.g. VM Builds, Storage accounts, AUM, Backup/ASR
 * Drive improvements through root cause analysis, automation, and best practice
 * Collaborate with wider IT, security, and project teams to deliver high-quality services
