Betreuung und Sicherstellung des Betriebs von Windows 11 Clients inkl. Arbeitsplatzsoftware

Endpoint Management von Windows-Clients mittels Matrix42 und Intune (Patch Management & Softwareverteilung)

Verwaltung der Endpoint Security über Sophos Central

Mobile Device Management (Verwaltung und Administration von Endgeräten)

Unterstützung bei Client-Rollout-Projekten

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Infrastruktur-Team beim Aufbau von Kundeninfrastrukturen

Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Mobile-Device-Management-Systemen

Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendokumentationen, Kenntnisse in macOS
