 * Deine Kommunikationsstärke: Ein sicheres Auftreten ist für Dich selbstverständlich. Dank Deiner verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnisse begleitest Du unsere Anwender:innen sowohl im Gespräch als auch im Schriftverkehr absolut souverän und lösungsorientiert.
 * Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

## Description

* Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Anwender bei allen IT-bezogenen Fragen und Störungen
 * Du analysierst Störungen und Serviceanfragen mit dem Anspruch, eine hohe Erstlösungsquote zu erreichen, indem du Probleme im 1st Level Support eigenständig löst und komplexere Fälle strukturiert weitergibst.
 * Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Endgeräte.
 * Du unterstützt bei IT-Rollouts, Systemupdates und IT-Umzügen
 * Durch deine strukturierte Dokumentation in unserem Ticketsystem, trägst du zu einer kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Servicequalität bei
