 * Interesse an der Administration von Windows-Systemen, IT-Infrastrukturen und modernen Arbeitsplatzumgebungen sowie idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen

 * Freude an der Analyse technischer Probleme und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen

 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung

 * Neugier auf neue Technologien sowie Bereitschaft, Dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Von Vorteil:

 * Erfahrungen mit Windows Server, Active Directory oder Microsoft 365

 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Virtualisierung, Desktop- oder Application-Virtualisierung

 * Erste Erfahrungen mit Automatisierung und Skripting, beispielsweise mit PowerShell

 * Berührungspunkte mit Softwareverteilung, Endpoint-Management oder IT-Service-Management

## Description

Als Teil unseres Windows-Teams betreust und entwickelst Du zentrale IT-Systeme und Services für das gesamte Institut weiter. Gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass Mitarbeitende auf eine zuverlässige, sichere und moderne IT-Umgebung vertrauen können. Dazu zählen:

 * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Servern und virtuellen Arbeitsplatzumgebungen
 * Bereitstellung und Pflege von Software sowie Verwaltung stationärer und mobiler Endgeräte

 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Unterstützung im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support

 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Einführung neuer technischer Lösungen

 * Entwicklung von Skripten und Automatisierungslösungen zur Vereinfachung wiederkehrender Aufgaben
