## Description

* eigenverantwortliche technische Kundenbetreuung mit Umsetzung/Implementierung von IT-Infrastrukturen für Unternehmenskunden
 * Durchführen von regelmäßigen Wartungen und Pflege von IT-Infrastrukturen (Fernwartung und gelegentlicher Vor-Ort-Einsatz)
 * Bearbeitung und zielorientiertes Lösen von Problemen in den betreuten Kundenumgebungen (2nd Level), es wird ein fester Kundenstamm zugewiesen
 * Installation und Konfiguration von physikalischen und virtuellen Servern mit Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Anwendungsservern
 * Einrichtung und Verwaltung von Microsoft Online Diensten (M365, Sharepoint Online, Exchange Online ...)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Virenschutz- und Datensicherungslösungen (Trend Micro, Veeam, o. ä.)
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Routern und Firewallsystemen (WatchGuard, o. ä.)
