with strong German language capabilities to lead enterprise-level Product Lifecycle Management initiatives for one of our biggest-scale customers in the automotive sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge technical architecture with business requirements while effectively communicating with German-speaking stakeholders across the organization who will have the opportunity to work on strategic PLM initiatives for a global organization being the key-decision makers.

8-12+ years
of progressive experience in the PLM domain and solution architecture
Technical Expertise
Deep expertise in at least one major PLM platform: Siemens Teamcenter; PTC Windchill or an equivalent enterprise PLM solution
Proven track record in solution architecture and enterprise system integration
Strong understanding of core PLM concepts: Bill of Materials (BOM) management, Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECO), Product Data Management (PDM), Configuration management, Workflow and lifecycle management
Experience with APIs, web services, and integration technologies
Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
Language Requirements
German:
B1/B2 level (CEFR) -
mandatory
Ability to conduct business meetings and technical discussions
Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting in German
English:
Fluent (written and spoken) for international collaboration

Industry & Domain Knowledge
Experience in the
