 * Proficiency with Windows Server 2016+, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
 * Experience with Debian/Ubuntu Linux

 * Professional appearance and demeanor, * Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE)
 * Experience with Cisco networking and phone systems
 * Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365
 * Basic PowerShell scripting for automation

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our Microsoft Windows-based infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and network troubleshooting., * Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux Servers

 * Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
 * Install and administer Microsoft Hyper-V
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability
 * Research and deploy security patches and mitigations
 * Coordinate with vendors for server deployments and support
 * Maintain line-of-business applications and ensure operational continuity
 * Assist with administration of the phone system
 * Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
 * Perform regular system backups and recovery operations
 * Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
 * Travel to branches to install or troubleshoot equipment
