Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, user administration, and device configuration. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently and provide clear solutions. Experience working with ticketing systems, incident management, and ITIL-based processes. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good documentation skills and attention to detail. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with local and remote teams.
