Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Scrum Master II - Salesforce (2026-10177) - **Company:** Cox powered by Atrium - **Location:** Atlanta, GA, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** Agile Methodology, Scrum Methodology, Salesforce.Com, Information Technology - **Published:** May 19, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=acf823616e701bb1 ## About the Role Qualification * 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. * Working experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling frameworks (preferably SAFe). * Bachelor's degree (preferably in information technology). * Scrum Master certification or an equivalent professional certification (preferred). * Resident of Atlanta, Georgia area. * Willingness and ability to receive constructive feedback and advice with a growth mindset. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in a virtual video environment over Microsoft Teams. * Strong Kanban management expertise, including flow-based metrics (cycle time, WIP limits, throughput), backlog flow optimization, and the ability to apply Kanban pragmatically alongside Scrum. * Effective facilitation and team coaching skills, with a proven ability to build trust quickly, foster psychological safety, and guide teams toward self-organization, continuous improvement, and experimentation. * Experience operating in scaled Agile environments, including cross-team planning, dependency management, inspect-and-adapt events, and alignment across multiple platform and product teams. * Strong systems thinking and delivery discipline, demonstrated by effective backlog management, metrics-driven conversations, impediment removal, and clear communication of progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders. * Strongly desired: Hands-on experience coaching teams through agile, spec-driven development transformation, particularly shifting from traditional Scrum execution to more intentional, design-first or spec-driven development models in complex enterprise environments. * Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no H1B). ## Description This is a 9 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
