* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, ein vergleichbarer IT-Studiengang, eine anerkannte Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Organisation oder Leitung von IT-Projekten bzw. im PMO-Umfeld
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden (z. B. IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum PSM/PSPO oder PMI CAPM)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools wie MS Project, Outlook, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint und Atlassian Jira
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein professionelles Stakeholder-Management
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
