* Weiterentwicklung, Betrieb und Management der Endgeräteinfrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt auf der Druckinfrastruktur sowie den zugehörigen Print- und Managementlösungen
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Servicebetriebs
 * Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen, Aufträgen und Störungsmeldungen
 * Gewährleistung einer vollständigen und aktuellen Dokumentation
 * Verantwortung für das Reporting und Berichtswesen
