## About the Role

Join the AI native innovation team within the CX Design organization. We are tackling complex customer problems with an AI first approach challenging the status quo. If you are a strong conceptual thinker, good at building things in code and dealing well with ambiguity - read on., You need to be:

 * A conceptual thinker
 * Have the ability to think critically to support your ideas with data not opinion
 * Understand the end to end software development lifecycle and have delivered at least one product front to back
 * Be a good team player, with clear communication, good listening skills and the willingness to support your peers, * 8+ years of design experience
 * Have an available online portfolio
 * Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
 * Code fluency leveraging IDE environments (Kiro, Claude) and proven track record of delivering working application outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions
 * Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles
