Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with SLA-driven, contractual support environments. * ITIL Foundation or customer service certification (e.g., HDI) a plus. ## Description The Service Desk Manager oversees daily operations of the external-facing service desk, supporting customers/clients with product, technical, or account issues.
