This role combines telecommunications support, basic networking, infrastructure installation, and help desk responsibilities. Work is performed both at a desk and onsite in classrooms, wiring closets, and equipment rooms. This position is best suited for an IT professional who values clear standards, documentation, accountability, and practical problem-solving in real-world environments.
