* 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting VDI platforms
 * Working knowledge of Windows 11 OS and Active Directory
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and Outlook skills
 * Familiarity with common internet browsers and web-based tools
 * Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including the ability to manage critical situations via phone with confidence and professionalism
 * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively across teams and client groups
 * A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to assess the business and technical impact of issues
 * Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to shifting demands

* Manage incidents and service requests in a multi-disciplined support environment
 * Complete user service requests accurately and within defined SLA metrics
 * Serve as a point of contact for a demanding and diverse global client base, providing support across all regions and organizational levels
 * Communicate clearly and consistently with team members, ensuring requests and feedback are documented with precision
