* Minimum 5+ years of project management experience across IT projects
 * Strong expertise in:
 + Scope, schedule, cost, and risk management
 + Vendor and stakeholder communication
 + Project planning and execution, * PMP Certification
 * Experience with ServiceNow (Idea, Project, Demand modules)
 * Experience with SAP / Enterprise Business Solutions projects
 * Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks

## Description

* Manage and coordinate internal and external teams across multiple IT projects
 * Develop and maintain project plans and required documentation using established PMO standards and methodologies
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to define and refine project scope
 * Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure
 * Conduct lessons learned sessions and recommend process improvements
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project sponsors
 * Ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and governance
