* Immatrikulation in Studiengängen mit deutlichem UX/Produkt-Fokus, z.B. Interaction/Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Produktmanagement, Software Engineering, etc.
 * Leidenschaft für KI-gestützte User Experience und Conversational Design; Fokus auf die Gesamterfahrung des Nutzers.
 * Erfahrung mit Wireframing, sicher im Umgang mit Figma
 * Bonus: Erfahrung im Prototyping mit Vibecoding ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
 * Gute Kommunikation und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens gutes Englisch.
 * Ein kurzes Portfolio/Projektbeispiele (2-3 Arbeiten) hilft uns bei der Einschätzung.

 * Konzeption & Skizzierung von AI-native UX und Conversational Design (Einstiege, Vorschläge, Dialogverläufe, etc).
 * Interaktive Prototypen bauen um Ideen zu testen und Konzepte für Stakeholder greifbar zu machen - z. B. in Figma, Figma Make, oder durch Vibecoding.
 * Tests und User-Interviews vorbereiten, Nutzungsdaten interpretieren und in klare Design-Entscheidungen übersetzen.
 * Die 1&1 Marke und Designsprache in AI-native Interaktionen/Erlebnisse übersetzen und weiterentwickeln.
