## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen (IST/SOLL-Analyse)
 * Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten (Anforderungsaufnahme, Dokumentation, Testing)
 * Zuarbeit bei Analysen, Berichten und Präsentationen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
 * Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Visualisierung von Prozess- und Datenmodellen (in bspw. BPMN)
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, IT und externen Dienstleistern
 * Pflege der Ordnerstruktur und Wiki-Seiten, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Teammeetings
 * Recherche zu Best Practices, Tools und Technologien im Bereich Prozessautomatisierung, RPA, KI und ML
