This role combines the servant-leadership focus of a Scrum Master with the coordination, risk management, and program-level oversight typically associated with a Release Train Engineer or a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will excel in team coaching, enterprise-level coordination, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement, enabling multiple teams to deliver value predictably and sustainably. Your Role: * Serve as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, Scrum practices, and a culture of continuous improvement. * Coach teams on self-organization, collaboration, empirical process control, and cross-functionality. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement. * Mentor Scrum Masters and team leaders across the organization, helping mature Agile practices. * Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with business priorities, shared milestones, and cross-team dependencies. * Lead or support Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, ART Syncs, and system demos in scaled Agile environments. * Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and impediments that affect multiple teams or overall program delivery. * Ensure teams operate within a consistent cadence and deliver predictably across increments.
