Flexibilität, * Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Politikwissenschaft, Verwaltungswissenschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

 * Relevante Berufserfahrung - mindestens drei Jahre - wurde bereits in einer IT-Managementberatung mit Schwerpunkt Public Sector gesammelt
 * Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Analysen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen ist vorhanden; zudem bewegst du dich sicher in managementnahen Kontexten
 * Idealerweise bringst du Zertifizierungen oder fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten Methoden und Frameworks mit, beispielsweise Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL, COBIT oder TOGAF
 * Ergänzend verfügst du idealerweise über Kenntnisse in Prozessmodellierungsstandards wie BPMN 2.0 sowie über Erfahrung mit Prozessmanagement- und Modellierungstools, etwa ADONIS, BIC oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
 * Erfahrung oder ein starkes Interesse an KI-gestützten Methoden zur Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen ist von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein souveränes Auftreten im managementnahen Umfeld runden dein Profil abZusätzliche Informationen
