* Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT Service Desk oder IT Support

## Description

* Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende bei IT-bezogenen Anfragen und Störungen per Telefon, E-Mail und Self-Service-Portal
 * Annahme, Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Support-Tickets im Service-Management-System ServiceNow
 * Durchführung von First- und Second-Level-Support für Hard- und Softwareprobleme
 * Unterstützung bei technischen Anliegen rund um Smartphones, Laptops, PCs, Drucker sowie mobile Endgeräte
 * Analyse und Behebung grundlegender Netzwerk- und Systemstörungen
 * Verwaltung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten sowie Unterstützung im Bereich Identity & Access Management
 * Betreuung und Pflege der IT-Asset-Datenbank inklusive Dokumentation von Änderungen
 * Eskalation komplexer oder ungelöster Incidents an nachgelagerte Infrastruktur-Teams
 * Sicherstellung einer serviceorientierten Kommunikation sowie Einhaltung definierter Service-Management-Prozesse
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Supportfällen inklusive regelmäßiger Statusupdates an die Anwender
