## About the Role

The ideal candidate for this role has a background in space technology, with experience in satellite launch, test engineering and mechanism design. You are an excellent communicator and team player and are passionate about being part of a dynamic team that is driving the satellite industry forward., * Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field. Preferred is a background in mechanism design and mechatronics.

 * At least two years of experience in space hardware vibration testing and space standards (e.g. ECSS), particularly around mechanisms and structures. Testing experience in other industries is also welcomed.
 * Experience in working hands-on with hardware.
 * Excellent written and spoken English.
 * Excellent technical communication skills.
 * Experience in working with CAD software such as Solidworks.
 * Positive and proactive self-starter attitude and ability to work in a highly integrated team setting.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
 * Flexibility for frequent travel, occasionally at short notice.

## Description

* Plan and execute test campaigns for all Exolaunch products and customer satellites.
 * Analyze test data and write reports.
 * Develop integration and check-out procedures for launch site activities.
 * Design test fixtures and coordinate manufacturing with our suppliers.
 * Ensure Exolaunch products comply with internal specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
 * Travel to launch sites and international customer facilities to support technical operations.
