This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Manhattan office, paying $60,000-$70,000 per year depending on experience. Benefits include a Simple IRA and supplemented health coverage., * Some MSP background, you understand how managed services work and how to juggle multiple client environments * Well-rounded troubleshooting skills across Mac and PC, you are not a one-platform person * Able to manage your own time, prioritize effectively, and work independently * Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with any of the following is a plus. We don't expect you to check every box: * MDM platforms such as Addigy, Jamf, or Intune * Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace * RMM tools such as NinjaOne, ConnectWise Automate, or similar * Networking gear including firewalls, managed switches, and wireless access points * Security tooling such as Huntress, SentinelOne, or endpoint protection platforms * PSA tools such as Autotask or ConnectWise Manage, * IT: 2 years (Required) * Google Workspace: 2 years (Required) * Microsoft 365: 2 years (Preferred) * macOS: 2 years (Preferred) * Windows: 2 years (Preferred) ## Description KRNL Technology is a small, founder-led operation that's growing. You will work directly with the owner and serve as the primary technical resource for our clients, managing everything from support tickets and device management to project work. This is a great opportunity to broaden your technical skills across a wide range of environments, tools, and client situations.
