Projektleitung: Konzeption und Durchführung eines strategischen Migrationsprojekts der Telefonie-Systemlandschaft in eine moderne Private-Cloud-Umgebung

Anforderungsmanagement: Aufnahme, Analyse und Spezifikation von technischen Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und Stakeholdern

Anwendungsbetreuung: Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs von Spezialanwendungen wie Videokonferenzsystemen, Spracherkennungssoftware und der ACD/Callcenter-Lösung

Lieferantensteuerung: Aktive Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten sowie Bewertung und Auswahl neuer Technologielösungen für den TK/UC-Bereich
