This role is responsible for establishing engineering rigor, leading development execution, and ensuring code moves from concept through production reliably, securely, and repeatedly. This role involves direct engineering and carrying out tasks that link development and infrastructure. Success depends on delivering production-ready solutions, advancing the development team's abilities, and minimizing manual or person-dependent delivery workflows. Build a structured, scalable software engineering and DevOps function that connects development and infrastructure. Improve delivery speed and reliability.
