## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or blended Scrum Master/PM.

 - Demonstrated experience supporting SAP projects.

 - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

 - Experience managing enterprise-level technology projects with multiple stakeholders.

 - Proven ability to identify and resolve project impediments independently.

 - Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

 - Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and executive updates. - Experience supporting SAP Finance, Accounts Payable, or related ERP workstreams.

 - Scrum Master certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.).

 - Background in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.

 - Experience working within large enterprise environments.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to support critical SAP initiatives and replace an existing team member transitioning to another role. This individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery while also providing project management oversight across complex SAP-focused initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can remove impediments, manage cross-functional teams, and drive project execution while balancing traditional project management responsibilities with Scrum leadership.

Responsibilities

 - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

 - Lead project execution across SAP-focused initiatives and coordinate deliverables among technical and business teams.

 - Identify, escalate, and proactively remove project risks, blockers, and dependencies.

 - Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

 - Work closely with product owners, business leaders, SAP resources, and external partners.

 - Ensure alignment between Agile delivery practices and broader project objectives.
