## About the Role

* 10+ years in technology, including 5+ years leading teams and owning technology strategy and operations. * Proven ownership of enterprise security, infrastructure, and applications, including building or maturing a security program. * Experience scaling technology through growth: multi-site, acquisitions, or rapid expansion. * A track record of translating business strategy into technology roadmaps and executing them. * Strong financial acumen: budgets, business cases, and vendor management. * Broad command across enterprise IT, infrastructure, security, software and DevOps, and data and analytics. You do not need to be the deepest expert in every area, but you must lead each one credibly and earn the team's respect. * Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. A master's degree and security or leadership certifications (such as CISSP or CISM) are a plus.
