In this role, you'll administer and optimize Epic infrastructure, manage configurations, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability for patient registration, scheduling, and admission workflows. You'll troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate upgrades and patches, collaborate with clinical and IT teams, and maintain security and compliance standards. You will document procedures, improve automation, and mentor junior staff while supporting a 24/7, patient-focused environment.
