You will work across our extensive suite of platforms - including our multi-channel notifications engine, collaborative commenting system, and dynamic workflow rule builder. You will also play a pivotal role in evolving our task orchestration infrastructure infrastructure, helping us transition from a centralized, generic experience into highly tailored, purpose-built solutions for specific product domains. You will tackle complex full-stack challenges, from designing scalable backend APIs and rule-evaluation engines for custom automations, to crafting intuitive frontend UX for our domain-specific task interfaces and workflow builders. Beyond core platform work, you will be part of a team that directly shapes broader product experiences - including leveraging AI to streamline user workflows and supporting the continuous evolution of our productivity tools in web and mobile. Where you'll work This role will be based in Seattle office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
