Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to analyze and interpret complex data patterns and trends. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy. * Capable of translating complex business questions into clear requirements and effective data solutions. * Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries (e.g., subqueries, window functions, temp tables, CTEs, etc.). * Demonstrates support for the company's mission, vision and values. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, supported by good organizational and time management. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines. ## Description We are looking for a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST who can help shape our vision and support our mission.
