## About the Role

Master's Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field
5-10 years of experience leading/managing within a successful IT organisation, in at least two areas of IT Infrastructure Operations;
5+ years of work experience with IT Infrastructure project management in an international environment, preferably in an industrial or process driven environment and ideally in the laboratory industry;
Fluent spoken and written English.
Extensive knowledge of Compute (Windows Server etc), Storage (NetApp etc), Network (Cisco etc) technologies; Cross Functional Technical Experience: Windows Server installations; Microsoft Active Directory and DNS; Microsoft Exchange ****; Data back-up technologies; VMware; SAN/NAS storage systems, etc.
In-depth understanding of virtual and cloud infrastructures (experience in cloud technologies - Azure/AWS);
Strong security awareness (ISO *****)
Extensive knowledge and experience with IT best practice methodologies (ITIL, COBIT); Familiarity with BPMN, SCRUM, CMMi; GxP (GAMP5), GDPR
