Physical Requirements & Work Environment * Work will be performed in both an office setting and on the production floor, which is a cold, wet environment maintained at approximately 35°F. * Must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions for extended periods. * Role involves standing for long periods, repetitive bending, and frequent lifting of 10-35 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 45 lbs. * Certain areas may require pushing or pulling up to 250 lbs. on rollers. ## Description The Quality Assurance Technician supports daily operations by monitoring product quality, verifying process accuracy, and ensuring compliance with established food safety standards. This role plays a central part in testing, documentation, internal audits, and maintaining product integrity from start to finish.
