## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
 * Proven experience analyzing, reconciling, and validating complex datasets.
 * Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving data quality issues across multiple systems.
 * Working knowledge of MongoDB, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms.
 * Experience working with data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows.
 * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
 * Ability to independently investigate complex data issues and identify root causes.
 * Ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience within Media, Entertainment, or Streaming environments.
 * Experience working with large-scale datasets across multiple operational systems.
 * Experience supporting multi-system data environments and integrations.
 * Experience developing or improving automated data validation and reconciliation processes.
 * Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
 * Experience designing, analyzing, or supporting data models across multiple platforms.
