Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for work authorization (e.g., H-1B, TN, or other visas) at this time. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) * 2-8 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development * Demonstrated experience using PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer-preferred-KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, etc.) * Good understanding of analog and digital circuit operation and design techniques * Proficient knowledge of electrical test and measurement techniques using common lab equipment (DMMs, power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) * Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to isolate root cause and recommend corrective actions * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and cross-functional teams, The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, or crouch. The employee may need to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. ## Description We are currently seeking an Electronic Hardware Engineer to design and develop hardware components and systems. You will work closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of hardware projects. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in electronics and a passion for hardware development. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN.
